A venue that locals frequent and strangers long to revisit, Dicey's assemble a varied and lively crowd all year round.
Our elegant restaurant offers excellent Irish cuisine, enhanced by a carefuly chosen and imaginative wine list. Menus are all designed by our Head Chef, who relishes in using wonderful natural fresh produce, much of which is available in the area.
In the restaurant, as in the other areas of our hotel, our courteous and efficient staff provide that special type of service which has earned a widespread reputation for the hotel.
Pub luncheons served in our lounge bar daily 12.30pm to 2.30pm
Sweeny's Bar and Restaurant is the oldest family buisness in Ballyshannon. Colleen and Alan Sweeny are the fourth generation Sweenys to serve behind the counter in the Erne tow.
Sweeny's has a traditional pub 'feel' at it's core with an open turf fire and many pub relics of previous generations adorning the pub walls. This, however is fused with a contemporary flair that makes Sweenys truly a unique place well worth calling ino to relax and enjoy life for awhile.
It's menu reflect this blend of tradition and contemporary tastes with a great selection of Lunchtime favourites during the day and an impressive a la carte menu in the Evening. Food is served all day from Tuesday to Sunday throughout the year and seven days a week during the Summer.
We look forward to welcoming you to Sweenys and assure you that, whether you are dropping in for a quiet pint or are out for a delicious meal and a night on the town, your comfort and enjoyment is our priority.
